Your Paradise, My Paradise, Our Paradise
Your Paradise, My Paradise, Our Paradise is a new paradigm for gardens that respond to their community and the dreams and hopes of the users. Following the path, users experience three rooms that offer opportunities to create different visions of paradise.
Garden visitors can manipulate the walls on the sides of pylons to make hundreds of unique environments. Visitors can create gardens evoking the security, bounty and centeredness of home, shared humanity and community, and rejoice in the presence of beauty, nature and expansiveness.
A second element of this garden is the opportunity to have an experience in the community as visitors discuss and negotiate the walls of their room with others. The placement of the walls encourages people to act together to shape their environment. We believe that true paradise is not a private experience, but is found in the company of and with the support of others.
