Mush room paradise garden
This project turns its attention to the resources design and to the revaluation of the concept of time in terms of sustainability.
This garden by means of a natural emblem of temporariness, that is the mushroom, suggests the visitor an experience based on the mutual exchange (symbiosis) between nature and man, today unfortunately even in behalf of the latter, The project outlines a space
enclosed by a weave of wooden twisted elements in which, by means of a narrowing (the topic of life) you get to a circular space (domestic, protective space) which holds a monolith of compost containing fungus mycelium (catharsis).
After an analysis phase of the new space and acclimatization the visitor can behave freely and pick some fruiting bodies (max one for each visitor) as long as there are the conditions for the development of a new production, humidifying the monolith surface which is left empty using the specially provided sprinkler, In order to guarantee the ecosystem sustainability this operation will be allowed just once a week.
The xternal space will reproduce an uncultivated naturalistic simulation.
