Above ail, the Harmonious House is fit for the purpose. The build¬ing breathes, it harbours no moisture or stale air, it is cool in summer, warm in winter. The roof does not leak, the windows are placed to maximize light, but avoid direct sun, the walls and floors are soundproof and the rooms are spacious. The roofs are always pitched.
