STACKHOUSE is a building that is constantly changing to reflect the movement of the city. New land is created through an infrastructure that allows for continuous development and sectional change. STACKHOUSE allows for building within a building, unlike typical residential towers that can only accommodate interior changes and limited spatial improvements.
STACKHOUSE is porous. It encourages views through the city, at every level in the sky. The street level remains public - no more unused, private space. It is permeable to advocate movement, activity, and unity. Furthermore, every level of STACKHOUSE is open to the public, just like every other street in the city. Public uses such as office, retail, and leisure space are encouraged.
The tower is no longer stagnant - it is filled with potential. STACKHOUSE is alive.
