Our FormShift is predicated an a halistic analysis of the current combined Primary and Secondary site black with a view to bath enhancing and repairing the existing precedent.
Our new Vancouver Secondary site configuration adjacent tu the existing lane replaces a typical single family dwelling with a common green space that functions at many levels. It functions
as common forecourt between the higher Primary site and the Secondary residential sites, easing the transition from high tu low buildings and extending the green territary for the block.
It gravides access between the podium of the Primary site and grade, impraving the connectian between residences in the towers and residences an the Secandary sites and cannecting all
the residences an the site with the full amplement of Mammon green and amenity spaces. Finally, our new Secondary site embolies the essential system and service arecs for the entire
