Tapas is available in small portions, encourages sharing, uses local ingredients, and allows unlimited combinations.
Tapas occupies a typical Vancouver block: a 120 by 400 foot site near the Downtown core. At 5.0 FSR, the floor space ratio is dense, yet neighbourhood and context-friendly. The desire is to develop a mixed-use scheme providing an affordable housing alternative fostering a sense of community.
