Description

Reduce Reuse Recycle

This scheme moves us toward a more sustainable and liveable future. It reduces our environmental footprint, reuses much of the viaducts and other infrastructure and recycles underused space into high quality natural, urban, industrial, transportation and recreational uses. It does so without grand schemes - in a way that can be phased over time.

A transition is created between surrounding parks and residents using enhanced transit and greenways for integration. Most industrial land and railways are retained.
