Concept + Experience:
The idea has emerged from the baby swaddle, an age-old practice which keeps the body of infants warm.
The shape of the hut is a creation that tries to swaddle he interior space, and at the same time, the sharp edges are taken from the process of the creation and reshaping icebergs.
Sustainable and renewable energy have become an important feature of our modern world, and a way of living that all of mankind must adopt in order to move towards a greener world.
The hut uses sunlight and converts it to energy that will be stored by battery, which will heat the space and those staying inside of it whenever needed. On days when the sunlight is weak, visitors will gain the energy they need to create heat and light inside by pedaling while seated.
A greener world demands the use of green materials, and at the same time, utilizing them as insulation to the hut.
Visitors and skaters experiencing the hut will enjoy a gathering space of up to six people at once. They will enjoy pedaling while creating energy, surrounded by a w _ designed space, and they will be exposed to renewable and sustainable ideas that will stay with them, while they get warmer.
The ultimate goal is to lower CO2 emission to 0% by a means other than burning wood.
