Our project objective is to help produce low-income housing that offers healthy, therapeutic community and a safe environment for those who have been actively working to re-establish stability in their lives.
Building on the foundation of Self-Determination through self-respect, self-control and self-development; we offer a community development model with post recovery graduates and low/moderate income families, who want to develop, occupy and manage their own 'non-profit co-operative' housing, sustain and support each other collectively in community development and recovery processes, which will also develop 'for-profit' and 'non-profit' (revenue generating) social enterprises.
