Sudbury with its prominent attractions ,urban comforts ,four seasons adventure gives surprise and blissfulness to the visitors. LOFTIERCOURBE is proposed in the urban core of the city and elevated over the substantial rail lands. The proposal will help to enhance the city's urban core which not only gives fascination to the tourist but also creates a mulfi-functional space to the localities. The courbe is proposed to provide a community space for the people and shape of the structure is evolved from the rail track lines. The courbe is divided in to two parts by flag of nations . Loftier connects the people with the city through its view ports, Inclined vistas and connects people with one another through activities and elements on the elevated structure. The main aim of the project is to create a iconic element in the urban core of the city which connects the people to the city and other people without disturbing the existing landscape and rail land.
Loftiercourbe consists of mixed-use buildings and overhead park. The buildings are not designed for specific purpose . The exterior skin and basic services are provided whereas spaces can be defined according to the user needs. The buildings are linked to the overhead park . The park consists of oat, viewports ,inclined vistas, canopy of rings , loop gallery, landscaping spaces for visitors to relax with sceneric view of the city of lakes and renewed landscapes.
Loftiercourbe is proposed as escape space for the people to relax and to visualise the scenic beauty of the city which is enveloped with good landscapes of trees, buildings and lakes .It also designed in -a way that people can not only witness different views but also involve in activities at each part of the courbe.
