-Streets, courtyards, promenade connect, shopping, community facility, and apartment lobbies including high density apartments to the North.
Developmental Aim
The viability of the basin for residential location is clear to meet the demands of cost efficiency and phasing, construction packages total approximately 600 to the North 200 to the South.
