This project shows realistic, careful and moderate scale, particularly in the southern part of the district, and creates public spaces in this context, with strong pedestrian emphasis. Unfortunately, the single-buiding solution for a variety of functions on Victoria Square, and the weaker design solutions for public spaces North of Saint-Antoine do not lead to an overall solution.
